8-Week Women’s Self-Defence Program

Based on Tohkon Ryu Jiu-Jitsu Principles

Looking for a practical and supportive way to feel safer in everyday life? This 8-week self-defence program is designed for real-world situations and everyday people — no experience or fitness level required.

You’ll learn how to protect yourself using technique, awareness, and leverage rather than strength.

Program Details

Duration: 8 weeks

Format: In-person group sessions

Who: Women 18+, all fitness levels

Location: Hervey Bay Community Centre, 22 Charles Street, Pialba

When: Wednesdays, 11 February – 1 April 2026 | 6:00–7:00pm

Facilitator: Experienced BJJ practitioner and certified self-defence coach

Note: This workshop is delivered by a male instructor.
