Program Details
Duration: 8 weeks
Format: In-person group sessions
Who: Women 18+, all fitness levels
Location: Hervey Bay Community Centre, 22 Charles Street, Pialba
When: Wednesdays, 11 February – 1 April 2026 | 6:00–7:00pm
Facilitator: Experienced BJJ practitioner and certified self-defence coach
Note: This workshop is delivered by a male instructor.
