Discover the joy of movement with Belly Dancing – Alternative Fitness Workshops, led by award-winning instructor Marta from Marta Bellydance.

Belly dancing is a low-impact, full-body workout that strengthens the core, improves posture, coordination, and flexibility, and supports mental wellbeing through mindful, expressive movement. These workshops are designed to be inclusive, beginner-friendly, and empowering — perfect for anyone looking to move their body in a fun, supportive environment.

Marta brings over 22 years of professional bellydance experience, performing and teaching across Australia. Known for her hypnotic layering, sword skills, and playful teaching style, Marta creates a welcoming space where participants can build confidence, connect with their bodies, and enjoy movement without pressure.

No experience required — just curiosity and a willingness to have fun.

Please note: Parking is limited at the Urangan Community Wellness Centre, please allow time to park in adjoining streets (e.g. Miller St, Dayman St) and walk to the Centre. There is a 2hr Parking Limit on Elizabeth St and you may be fined for overstaying that limit.
